Refund policy

We want you to be delighted with your order and are here to help but as all our lighting and art commissions are made to order and therefore cannot be returned unless the item is damaged or faulty.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and within 24 hours and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

We will send out an exchange and you must return the faulty item immediately unused, with any original extra items if applicable, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items must be sent back to us first for inspection.
